CANCELLATION POLICY

House Of Kalakriti believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
•  Refunds will be done within 7-10 working days in the case of online payments done through a Credit/ Debit / Net banking facility.
• In the case of Blouse stitching, fall /pico, Blouse detachment or tasselling has been done as per request of the customer, no cancellation or change is possible.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

• All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email the customer care for Return procedure within 24 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the House Of Kalakriti Team.
• Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above-mentioned details stand true.
• If the product is disliked by the customer it is not eligible for exchange.
• The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact saree color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
• Please ensure that our products are returned in original condition and packaging in order to get your full credit. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy.
• Once the House Of Kalakriti team decides to accept the request, It shall take a week’s time to refund or exchange.
• Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange requests shall not be entertained.

PAYMENT POLICY

Our Payment Methods include Net banking, Online payment gateways offer complete security in your payment transactions. Customers can pay through any of the cards that are accepted by the above gateways. Any partial or full refunds in case of unavailability of the product will be credited back to the respective accounts through which we have received payments.

The price of the product mentioned in the website is final and we do not offer discounts of any nature.
House Of Kalakriti is not responsible if any form of fraud occurs while you are making payments as all transactions are done on the respective payment gateway partner’s website. However, we do promise you to help in whatever way possible in case you are facing difficulty while making payments.
The cash-on-delivery option is currently not available on our website.

BLOUSE / FALLS STITCHING

Customers are advised to check and review their blouse measurements before submitting them. In case you’ve forgotten to provide some information while placing the order, you can always write us an email and we will be happy to do whatever is possible. Any change for measurements that are not informed within 2 hours of placing the order will not be entertained.

PRICING INFORMATION

While House Of Kalakriti strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In case if the product is listed with an incorrect price or information, House Of Kalakriti shall have the right,at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched, In such case, House Of Kalakriti may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and House Of Kalakriti will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that accepts your order, the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to House Of Kalakriti dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.

Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to cities and towns all over India where trusted courier services. We request you to provide your full address at the time of order with the Zip Code and Phone number in order to make the delivery process smooth & efficient.

We ship to most countries overseas. The shipping rates are dynamic. The more products you order the lower the shipping cost per product.

Shipping In India
We offer free shipping for our products to be delivered within India for orders whose total value is above Rs.10,000. Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to. If you require our products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.

Transit Time
We ship all orders through fastest possible & reputed courier services who deliver within 4-7 working days(post dispatch) or more depending on the location. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.
For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 4-7 working days(post dispatch) depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carriers end.

Transit & Charges
We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.

Return Of Shipments
The right to accept returns is solely the decision of House Of Kalakriti. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of House Of Kalakriti, the entire shipping cost must be borne with customers. Our products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging. Also courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.

Conditions :
In case of extraordinary circumstances, House Of Kalakriti cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period. Management reserves the right to take a call on the necessary action.
